"overall a nice hotel with a bustling lobby and lovely staff. the valets were especially helpful, courteous, and attentive. the room was fine - standard size, large bathroom with separate toilet, great views. and the bed was very comfortable. it was clean enough, but the housekeeping staff didn't replace tissues, restock tea, or really clean the shower every day (despite daily tip). we didn't have the chance to use the pool, but it looked nice, room service from their resto was totally...
