"Hotel is in a great location and has good facilities but it looking a little tired in places notably around the pool and spa area. Breakfast was good but some of the cooked items could have been better. I booked a double double room for our family night away. Checked in and was given room 111 which was an unpleasant dark and cramped accessible room, windows were covered in frosted glass so you could not see out as it overlooked a utility courtyard. "Definitely not the standard of the Galgorm. Evening menu for valentines weekend was poor and the atmosphere in the restaurant on 13th Feb left a lot to be desired as 2 guests where having an argument for everyone to hear. I would describe the Rabbit as the Galgorm's poor relative."
