Cari Cottage di Newville

"Very loud. Poor noise proofing, interstate traffic loud, HVAC loud, hard to sleep. Staff great, room nice, all clean. Can't recommend though."

"The hotel was not clean. Our room was ok but the staff wanted to clean our room more often than we preferred, then they didn't always take the towels off the floor or vacuum. The pool was not warm and it wasn't clean. There were several small areas in the hotel that needed repair or just patch up. Our bathtub faucet ran, fine stream, constantly with hot water so noisy and bathroom was humid always. Breakfast was good. Coffee was great. Staff was good, esp John at front desk. We didn't use...

"We came down for breakfast at 7 am and most of the hot food was gone already, especially the scrambled eggs. No one came out to refill it and long as we were there."

"Very clean hotel and helpful staff."

"Clean place. Nice breakfast. Friendly lady on evening staff for our check-in. Nice warm hot tub and pool. Large hot tub! My only thing that could have been better was bed to hard for my liking and toilets need to be ADA height. To low for a 6'4" man or a 5'7" woman. That is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5."

"I was just looking for a clean well kept hotel for a wedding I was attending and I found it in this hotel. Great clean typical hotel room with comfortable beds. Pool looked nice and breakfast was good! Highly recommended!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Even helped us with an early check in."
