"I have booked for 6 nights. When I saw how dirty was the bathroom and that there was no light from the outside ( the room looks like a prison cell), I called hotels.com immediately to cancel my booking for the 5 remaining nights. They couldn't reach the manager and nobody answered their calls. In the morning, before checking out, the staff was able to join the manager by phone. "Kamer was sober maar schoon. Faciliteiten erg slecht. Er was geen personeel wat engels sprak. Wij hadden iedere keer bij de receptie een bewaker zitten die helemaal niet verstond. "Class is a nice, simple hotel and spa (we didn’t use the spa). It was clean and in a quiet part of town. It was not really walkable to any convenient stores or restaurants (you probably could walk, but there are no sidewalks and as soon as you walk a half-Kilometer, the traffic is pretty heavy - so not too safe).
