The bus station is 50m away and takes you to chania center and back comfortably. We were there with our toddler and the location was just perfect for us. We were greeted on arrival by the delightful George, who owns the property, and given a tour of the facilities. We later met his wonderful wife, Nikki. Fantastic hosts, so kind and helpful.
