"The place was nice and our suite was beautiful. We booked the suite with the pool, and my kids loved the pool. Now here's my complaint. There were never enough towels in the room, so I kept having to ask for more from housekeeping. Considering there's a pool, they should know we will be needing more than 4 towels a day. Especially when there's 3 people in the suite. (Suite usually sleeps 4) Another thing, housekeeping was iffy. One day our room would be clean and the next it looked like they barely cleaned anything and only made the bed. Dishes in the sink weren't taken away either. They never changed our new cups for us at the bar. Pillow was tossed on one side. I even tipped housekeeping to make sure they would do a better job next time and take the dishes out. The dishes from us ordering room service. And then check out. Make sure you dont lose a key card! Cause they'll charge you for it! I booked 3 rooms for my entire family, my son misplaced a key card and I was charged for it. Back in the states we would just toss them. But whatever."
