The room was okay. At the first time, it was not cleaned very well, but the housekeeper immediately fixed it after I announced to CSO. Gia Han is a great character. She understands about me. She was useful and when I had problems, I told her, and everything was good after she did her works. Thanks for your wonderful service!

The swimming pool was really nice large with lots of sun but Limited sun beds Hotel also has ten on beach about 5 minute walk Breakfast was really good lots of variety with Vietnamese. And western food They up graded our room when we arrived My wife loved the big free standing bath tub Bed was really comfortable Location was excellent lots of restaurants within 10 minute walk Beach and beach bar 5 minutes away One of the nicest hotels we have stayed in Vietnam We have been travelling around for two months

At first I was kinda nervous but after all the staffs were very friendly. The room was clean. The prices were affordable. Closed to the beach, the pool was very clean and nice. Recommended . I booked with this hotel 3 times in my vacation time. Love it though.

Das Hotel richtet sich unserer Meinung nach vor allem an asiatische Kunden und ist beliebt für Grossevents wie Hochzeiten. Das Zimmer war unpraktisch mit einem langen Korridor. Das Zimmer war an vielen stellen beschädigt und wirke schlecht unterhalten. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat wenige Optionen für Westliche Gäste. Das Personal spricht nur wenig English und ist nicht sehr motiviert. Das Hotel sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus aber die vielen störenden Details haben unseren Aufenthalt gestört. Der Preis war top, trotzdem würden wir nicht wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten und es nicht weiterempfehlen.

새벽3시에 이름모를 사람이 벨튀하는 호텔 ㅋㅋ

호텔 로비에서 담배를 피고있고, 안에 에어컨 작동안되고, 수도 작동 안되고(뜨거운물만 나옴 찬물안나옴) 냉장고 작동 안되고, 음식 그냥 그렇고 새벽 3시에 이름모를 사람이 와서 문두들기고 벨누르고 도망가는 호텔 인생살면서 처음 겪음. 외부인이 그냥 들어와서 호텔 돌아다녀도 막을 직원도 없을듯. 바로 다음날 도망치듯 쉐라톤으로 나옴
