スタッフの対応がいまいち

このホテルも他と同様、ロシア人だらけでした。ホテルズドットコムを経由して予約しました。ツアー客が多く、個人の予約管理に不慣れなのか、チェックイン時に、確認のため、ホテルズドットコムから私宛に送られてきたメールを、ホテル側に転送するようにと言われました。ホテルズドットコムから、そちらに連絡がいってないの？と聞くものの、あいまいな返答。 さらに、予約したサイズの部屋が空いていないと。この点は、よりグレードのいい部屋に変更してくれたので、ラッキーと言えばそうなのですが、先方のミスにも関わらず、「変更してあげるよ」という若干横柄な態度。こういった対応で、チェックイン早々、少し嫌な気分になりました。 部屋は高層階の角部屋で見晴らしがよかったです。 １階のプールは長さ10mほどでしょうか。小さいし、壁に囲まれ、あまり気持ちのいいスペースではないです。 朝食はバラエティーに富んで楽しめました。

Very pleasant stay

Stayed here for 7 nights. Staff were wonderful. Accommodated our request for a room change graciously on the first arrival. Always friendly. Vi in the dining room welcomed us each day. Breakfast had a good selection. Room was very clean. Can sign out towels for the beach which was only a block away. Nha Trang is a busy tourist spot and we were grateful to be able to rest at the hotel. Great deal for this price.

Nice hotel and great value for location

Very nice hotel, receptionist lady went out of her way for us to find cheap flights and call people for us, however one staff member appeared high so be careful. Also the other receptionist was amazing and got breakfast made for us at 4am and helped us so much, so overall really good. The hotel is great value and in a great location.

Nice hotel w/friendly staff-close to beach!

Starlet Hotel was a short walk to the beach. It is in the middle of good shops & restaurants. The hotel staff is really friendly & helpful. They allow you to sign out one beach towel per person a day. They also helped me book my sleeper train ticket from Nha Trang to Da Nang. They called the station for me & the ticket was delivered to the front desk. Wifi does not work in the room-at all! I found myself in the reception area often when having to message family & friends, book the next part of my trip & research the area. The room was clean & comfortable w/strong air con & hot water. The tub had a bit of rust all around the outside, so while it was nice to have a tub, I did not utilize it due to that fact. There were several Russians that were not nice to the staff at all, like down right rude, but they kept their cool, remained calm & kind. The breakfast in the morning is ok, the usual buffet style food. The staff however at breakfast is fantastic! The woman who runs the show is great & she has the best customer service!

good deal and location

Nice large room, comfortable beds and strong shower. Breakfast buffet is also pretty good. No complaints...nice value for the money. Hotel is close to beach and all the nightlife.

Skönt med balkong

Mycket bra hotell, nära strand och lång fin strandpromenad. Extrem dominans dock av relativt opolerade ryssar i hela Nha Trang, så även på detta hotell.

My first stay this hotel has a great location I had read a lot about it. All things are good I finally booked it on this trip. Fast check in, nice staff and well designed room. Hotel has a huge lobby to enjoy a cup of coffee overlook nice pool. Remember check the weather before travelling

시내에서 가까움 , 가격대비 굳!!

나트랑에 저녁8시쯤 도착해서 체크인했는데, 직원들이 친절하고 좋았어요. 다음날아침 일찍 빈펄 리조트로 들어가기위해 늦게도착한 첫날은 3성급호텔중에 찾다가 숙박하게됬는데요, 위치도 좋고 가격대비 괜찮네요~ 아침에 조식 포함이라 간단히 빵과 커피 쌀국수 볶음밥 있는데 나쁘지않아요

Friendly staff

The hotel was clean, the service was great, and I thought the value of my stay is reasonable. A bit noise in the earlier morning but I think it's acceptable, for that the hotel has been updating their facilities. Located in a very nice area where not far from the beach and many restaurants nearby. The hotel also provided trips to visit places in NaTrang.

Fantastic location

Fantastic and helpful staff. Got us an early check-in and helped us hire bikes to tour the city. Located 2 minutes away from the Nha Trang beach. Can't go wrong choosing Starlet.

Great location

Superb value for your dollar. This hotel is within 200 metres from the beach and the most happening bar & club in the city; Sailing Club. There are great restaurants within the area and street vendors serving solid Banh Mi sandwinch. The room was a little tight but it had all the necesary amenities and was comfortable. Staff was surprising accommodating and let's us check in early

Good service

This was my second stay at this hotel. I enjoyed staying here due to their convenient location, near the beach, good service, clean room and comfortable bed. However their bathroom is not up to par. It should receive a full renovation. I would still recommend staying here. While I was staying here, the hotel reception surprised me with a birthday cake on my birthday. That was very sweet and thoughtful of them.

Great

Hotel is very modern and clean. Felt very safe here. Staff are very professional and polite. english was very good. room was very clean and open. breakfast had a vast selection and was very good. location of hotel is set at the end of a road just off the strip. not the greatest but i have stayed at worse. overall very nice and safe and would stay again.

I guess the ratings for this hotel is on the high side for what I have experienced. The service is good, but the condition and the maintenance is not up to par. Yes, its a cheap hotel, but I have stayed in hotels at that price and are in excellent conditions. For me the bed and the pillows were the main issues. Did not managed to have a good sleep. And the aircon had to be on all the time in order to have the room cool.

We stayed just one night. Good value for money. Close to the beach and the restaurants. Most of the hotel guests are russian tourists. This is not surprising as Nha Trang is a russian dominated.

Very nice!

We loved our stay. The rooms were clean and big. Good location, only 200m from the beach and other facilities. Quite area, but walking distance to all other plesure. Only thing I could say is a personal opinion, that I don't like that the shower head is attached to the wall.
