A must stay if on a budget!!♥️

It was absolutely 💯 wonderful!!! Clean, cool, quiet, service was fabulous! Secluded and surrounded by gorgeous pines, even though on the boulevard it was set back enough soyou didn't hear any traffic noise!! Though furnishings were dated they were in perfect condition but quite charming!♥️. I needed help with my tv and Tom whom I believe was like the superintendent was more than happy to help immediately! He got it going no problem!!! Highly recommend this as a great place to stay! Also there was a grocery and convenient store directly across the street!♥️♥️♥️♥️💯 Price very reasonable too!

A fine basic stay.

I recommend! For the level of lodging in an aged motor-lodge Patel-motel, our stay was excellent. Wi-fi worked. Updates were done well, place was clean, bed was comfortable, all linens were clean, and we LIKE thinner basic absorbent towels better than the thick teflon towels of a fancy hotel. Pool is a long way or a never on reopening. The guy that runs the place is nice, helpful, talkative. While It’s right on the busy Niagara Falls Boulevard, we were unbothered by traffic noise. The A/C was louder. And worked well. Close to the Wurlitzer and to a whole strip of anything you need. NOT in the middle of the tourist Hubub, but close enough to accessible. We did try to make coffee, but it was terrible. And Tim Horton’s were all over nearby.

They advertise check in until 12 midnight. I arrived at 11:15 PM, and, although the 'OPEN' signs were lit & lights were on, door was locked, no one answered the serveral buzzers and no one answered the phones. Waited 30 minutes. Nothing.

The outside looks run down, the rooms are tiny. If you pull the bed away six inches from the wall you will see housekeeping is just superficial. The Bed cover smelled dirty, they don't get washed frecuently, it's useless to wash the sheets. Save your money this is not a clean place.

WE had a rough time checking in the owner of the hotel took the front desk computer to a wedding and we were told even with our reservation in hand that we didn't have a room. After a 90 minutes ordeal they finally put us in a room for the night reluctantly. THe desk clerk told us they do not work with online sites. Beware !!!!
