"I'm 74 years old, not handicapped by any means but can at times lose my balance. In the shower there was no bath mat nor grab bars. I fell, hitting my ribs on the side of the tub. Luckily I didn't break any ribs, and the there i was folded up inside the tub wondering if I could get up or not. I went to the desk and asked for a manager but of course there were none on site. The desk clerk said that there was supposed to be a bath mat. I don't know who's fault that was,housekeeping or maybe there...

"Laundry room was well maintained, very convenient. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is up to date, the kitchenette has a full size refrigerator. Everything worked as expected. The only thing is that there is no pool, no exercise room and no complimentary breakfast."
