"Just there for a short stay, clean enough, breakfast like everywhere else, in and out not over the top or awful just good enough"

"Safe area good for walking. The hotel has some work going on, pool, exterior facade, exterior doors, public men’s bathroom, a bit inconvenient. But overall a nice hotel for the price. The staff Is Great."

"This was a confusing place to stay at and there was an issue with what I was charged to stay. Apparently, this property is owned by Radisson, which was the name on the building. Surface Hotel was on the other side (back of building) and there was a small etching only on the window identifying it. You could not enter through the door where the Surface sign was. Further, you had to walk all the way around to the other side (the Radisson side) to check in and check out. Very inconvenient. The...

"Excellent staff and my only complaint is that the window in room allows air through during high winds. Appears someone tried to use duct tape to block it but didn’t work."

"Breakfast was slightly less than typical hot and cold buffet with no hot eggs. They also have a strange shaped waffle iron that doesn't get components in the middle. Several people had problems with their keycards loosing the programming and the elevator sounds like it's on it's last ride. That said, we got a good deal in a convenient location, the staff was great, and it was spotless. I'd definitely stay again."

"The entire place smelled like Snoop Dog, Willie Nelson, and their friends were walking the halls! If I didn’t know any better, I would have thought they had a Weed Factory inside this place. There was only about an 1/8 of a roll of Toilet paper in the room for four people to use! We had to resort to using Kleenex to clean ourselves. Not sure what was going on in the room next door, but it sounded like a human sacrifice might have been going on when we first walked in. I assume they finished it...

"Bathroom was a little dirty and looked like it was used due to the water droplets left in the tub. I wish there was more of a selection for breakfast, there was a choice of Cinnamon Toast Crunch and plain Cheerios, bread and banana; but honestly not that big of a deal because the best part of it all was that I felt SAFE! As a single woman traveling alone the atmosphere was calm and I wasn’t bothered by anyone."
