"The room was small but clean and comfy. The beach is about a three minute walk away. There aren’t many shopping or other food options available around except Hotel Bosque Del Mar. "This resort was a pleasant surprise. My husband selected the hotel & I was not excited about having one restaurant on the property. All I can say is WOW!! The menu changed every evening (Italian, Caribbean, Mexican) , the protein was prepared fresh upon request. Typically you had the choice of beef, chicken, fresh fish or pork. "This a very small property compared to what we are accustomed to. It is beachfront, but you have to cross a public dirt road. Easy access with some vendors, but nothing pesky like Mexico. The rooms either face the pool or the backsides of the property. There are no direct, beach front rooms. The rooms themselves are a typically sized hotel room, with all of the basic amenities. There is no AI room service offered here. Food accommodations are offered in an adjacent building, either upstairs...
