"This was the highlight of our trip! The hotel is beautiful and the staff are amazing! From the minute we arrived we were welcomed, we had the best meal, the fondue was delicious. "Overall very positive experience, reception staff were very attentive and went out of the way to accommodate our earlier check-in. The room was really nice and clean, and we ended up staying in the hotel which was a bonus! Breakfast staff, particularly on Sunday morning, unfortunately did let the staff down, as they came across quite rude and unfriendly. "

"This hotel is very accessible to places you want to visit in Switzerland. Richard is very hospitable. The rooms are very clean and the breakfast is excellent. Quiet and easy to find. There are not a lot of restaurant close by but drivable if needed. The most beautiful thing that we experience is the VIEW of the mountains across the beautiful lake. "
