"This is a “must stay and relax” type of place. The staff is incredible, the customer service is superb and the amenities (spa. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, boating, biking, etc.) is fabulous. The property is lakefront with amazing views. It is centrally located to visit several cities and easy parking. Highly recommend and the four restaurants are so good. Great time and will visit again! "What a beautiful property and excellent location .. evrthing is so beautiful but one odd incident leaves a bad memory.. and there front desk manager Ines does that .. I have not met such a rude front desk manager in my travel over 25 countries .. rest of the staff is excellent and friendly ..I don’t know why owners have kept her there .. the property is beautiful ..food is excellent .. convinent to new travel .. right on the bus stop .. "Loved this hotel! Staff were very friendly, location was perfectly in the middle of the locations we were going to. Bus stops right in front of the restaurant attached to the hotel, and this same bus goes straight to the train station so public transportation is convenient. Despite not adding the breakfast option, coffee, tea, water, and umbrellas were available to all guests. Thank you for an awesome stay!"

As property were old and under construction, there was bit mess around and no fans or AC. We left windows open with lights off so no bees or insects visit us.
