"Nice hotel very centrally located on a quiet side street. Facility was modern with updated fixtures and lighting. Corridors carpet was strangely very stained and dirty, few dust bunnies in room. Room Floor was vinyl plank, not carpet. Staff not super interested in being helpful. Parking a bit hard to navigate to and cramped but adequate."

"The best things about this hotel were comfortable beds, a good size room and excellent staff, especially the lady who checked us in. Onyeka (not sure is this spelling is correct) greeted us warmly, and gave us waffles and a chance to win free parking on a spin the wheel game, which we did! She also gave us great recommendations for a restaurant in Bruges and suggested a stroll by the water that was absolutely charming. Best check in yet! "Zimmer waren sauber und pragmatisch eingerichtet. Bequemes Bett (härtere Matratze), Toilette etwas eng platziert, kleines Waschbecken, Klimaanlage vorhanden, Türen lassen sich teilweise schwer schließen. Frühstück war im Schwesternhotel Novotel auf der anderen Hofseite; war sehr lecker und vielseitig. Für einen Städtetrip sehr geeignet."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hotel Normandy. Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, delicious and lovely breakfast. Safe location, large bathroom and basic room was a great size. The pool was warm and huge! We loved it!!! We were warmly welcomed and made to feel pampered."
