"We stayed for three nights. Accommodation was VERY disappointing. Had to pay in cash. Location was remote. Room was very small. Third bed was broken. Toilet seat was broken. Shower door would not close. Room was not serviced. There was as a dog onsite that roamed freely, attempted to bite my children, and was a general pest. No staff onsite after 6 pm. Only redeeming quality was the lady that worked there. She was very friendly but could not speak any English. Breakfast was okay. "

The reception team was friendly and helped me upgrade to a beautiful room at a reasonable price. The room itself was a dream – unique, comfortable, and perfectly appointed. The mattress and shower were fantastic, and the private pool was the perfect treat. The hotel's attention to detail was impressive. When I missed breakfast due to a late morning, they still managed to prepare something for me. They even arranged a ride to a recommended restaurant for my birthday dinner, where I received a surprise free dessert a lovely touch. The breakfast was delicious, and housekeeping was top-notch. As a solo traveler who's stayed in many hotels, I can confidently say this one is the best. I'll definitely return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique and memorable experience in Cappadocia."

"Solem Cave Suites was above and beyond our expectations. Everyone at the hotel were so kind, helpful, and gracious. The people made our stay unforgettable. Definitely work with them on excursions. They will make sure you get to do what you want very reasonably and easily. The hotel was immaculate, and felt very luxurious. The area surrounding the hotel is breathtaking, so you can enjoy amazing views during breakfast and dinner. The breakfast was incredible...so much great food. If I could bottle their fig and walnut jam, I would be in heaven. We had dessert and drinks at the restaurant, and the dessert was extraordinary. The restaurant manager was so kind and generous explaining the hotels history and a bit about the area. It was a great night looking at the rock formations, moon, and enjoying great company. For location, after seeing Cappadocia, I would say they have one of the best. We wouldn't stay anywhere else. They are situated very close to everything but out of the busiest areas. I would highly recommend staying here for your trip!"

"I cannot put into words how Special this property was to stay at. It is a visual symphony and to be amongst a cave system that is centuries old is just incredible. The location is excellent and preferable to being in Goreme. This is one location and hotel that will forever be TOP of my list of all my travels to date. WONDERFUL!"

"We had an absolutely incredible stay at Vita Cave Suites in Cappadocia. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the suites with a hot tub — a true highlight of our trip! The room was not only beautiful but also incredibly spacious, with a clean and modern washroom. The shower had great water pressure and hot water came on quickly — a small but much-appreciated detail. This suite is perfect for a honeymoon or romantic getaway. The cave-style architecture mixed with luxurious touches made the whole experience feel unique and memorable. What really made our stay exceptional, though, was the hospitality of the hotel owner. He went above and beyond to help us organize activities like horseback riding and hot air ballooning, getting us tickets at excellent rates based on the season. When our balloon ride was canceled the first day due to weather, he stayed in constant communication, helping us rebook and strategize how to still catch our early morning flight the next day. He even arranged a taxi that tracked our balloon landing site and zipped us straight to the hotel so we could grab our bags and head to the airport — and yes, we made it to both the hot air balloon ride and our 8:50 AM flight! It was all thanks to his efficiency, coordination, and calm, clear communication. He also spoke excellent English, which made everything much easier. "It was the most amazing experience to stay in this hotel. The hotel’s concept is inspired by Dante’s Divine Comedy and put many references throughout the hotel. All of the staff worked as a team to make our vacation very pleasant and worry free. We didn’t want to leave the hotel and I guess that’s the only thing we can complain about it. Ms. Funda, hotel manager, was so wonderful and made our stay unforgettable; we are so grateful for the unique experience. We can’t wait to go back again."
