"Family were beautiful and accommodating The house is great and perfect for a long term stay Shops a restaurants are around a 15 minute walk away but once you start walking you are likely to walk pas a free tuk tuk you can jump in I stayed with my 3 year old daughter and it was perfect Pool is great, house facilities are great. "The place is situated close by all the relevant beaches, especially Hiriketiya and Nilwella beach. It is about 10-15 minutes to get to hiriketiya road where most of the shops/resturants are. Its calm and tranquil at this place, away from the busy scene at hiriketiya road yet not to far to get there when you want. Space to park if u have tuk tuk, scooter etc. The rooms are cozy and clean. "The staff was amazing the chef made some of the best food I have ever tasted!! He was very sweet and very involved in all aspects of the villas. The curry was out of this world as well as the pasta 10 out of 10 all around. The room was large and beautiful, you felt like you had the place to yourself very highly recommend!!!"

"Good parts. Location for beach, size of axcomodation, privacy, quite modern. Bad parts.. paid for breakfast NO BREAKFAST!!! NO WIFI AT ALL!!! NO HOT WATER AT ALL!! Then there was other things that it said the accomodation had but wasnt there...ie desk, slippers, bottled water. Worst of all the accomodation is next door to a temple that has chanting through a loud speaker starting at 05.30am and lasts about 45 minutes. This is repeated at 6pm....very loud."

"The villa is so big and clean,really surprise.It is so suitable for 8 friends together.The host is so nice and friendly,we arrived at villa at 10pm,so late,but he still waited for us.Another surprise is it has hot water to have a bath,it is so scarce in Sri Lanka.The one and only regret is,you know,in Sri Lanka ,there are many ants and other insects.And in our bathroom,there were many ants,but don't care about it ,they will leave and it didn't influence your trip.So, enjoy the villa,and enjoy...
