"I reached early and I was thankful that the stuff provided me with an early check in and a room upgrade. The hotel room is very comfortable and luxurious. I also appreciate the welcome drinks to put guests at ease.
However, several points to raise
- as there are many floors, the lifts often take a while
- service was rather slow: check-in took a while, I was asked to sit to wait for my room to be checked at check-out but I was just forgotten and I needed to remind the staff; requests for room service took very long
- tv was difficult to use - Russian or Vietnamese language; tv channel options not English friendly
- hotel provided a beach area with deck chairs but - very few chairs available; no towels early in the morning and was told need 1h wait
- one of the wardrobe doors could not be closed (light switch inside will be on if the door is not closed)
- room door does not swing shut unlike most modern hotels; it closes but will remain ajar at the end , leaving guests a false sense of security that it will close when it won’t
- a lot of advertisements about World Cup screening but there was none
- noisy at night from surrounding music"
