"I’m not a big fan of roadside motels because they’re usually pretty scuzzy. However, the Deep River Motel has been perfectly upgraded to modern standards. It’s clean, well maintained, and has all the mod cons. The bathroom as all new and clean as whistle. There’s a microwave, good sized fridge, really good A/C and a flat panel tv with lots to watch. The staff are super helpful. I’ve seen people complain about the highway noise but, frankly, we had no problem with that. It’s a roadside motel so...

"I enjoyed my stay in my newly renovated room. It was super clean with a nice kitchenette. Also a peaceful area to sit outside and enjoy the nice weather. Close to the lake and casino and lots of choices for dinning. The owner was very pleasant and welcoming. Highly recommend the Nipissing Inn for your next stay in North Bay!!"
