"J'ai séjourné 3 nuits au Diplomat inn avec mon conjoints et nous avons été très satisfaits. Ce n'est pas un hotel de luxe, mais le prix est très bien avec en plus un stationnement gratuit. Il est possible de marcher pour se rendre aux chutes et à Clifton Hill. La chambre était très propre, les lits confortables aussi. J'y retournerait sans hésiter !"

"Over all its a good budget hotel for the price. But the house keeping needs to be inspected after the initial clean. Our room had a used face cloth hung up in the shower curtain and the soap trey in the shower was covered in goopy soap residue. The sink drain had a yellow gunk stain around it and the light swith on the wall was dirty. More attention to detail would benefit this hotel it doesn't take much to clean the little things. I know this from working in a hotel that thrived on the details...

"We stayed here for one night, and overall it was an okay experience. The location was convenient, and the room itself was comfortable. However, there were a few issues that should be addressed. The carpet was quite dirty, some of the electrical switch plates were broken, and the shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty. There were also no complimentary water bottles in the room, which was disappointing, especially during the summer, as it’s something many guests expect. With better...

"So relieved to finally get a smoke free, clean smelling and clean room. We are driving across Canada and have stayed in a couple really bad hotel prior to this one. Much needed relaxing night, with a great breakfast!"
