"The hotel was clean and tidy but no restaurant only basics in the reception. It was quite a way from restaurants if you do not have a car. Room overlooked the airport so noisy planes bypassing every minute up to midnight. The staff were very helpful and pleasant and the pool was welcomed after a long trip. All in all good if you just want to get your head down but make sure you bring food with you."

"I was disappointed that they offered free shuttle but the shuttle start time wasn’t until 6am. On the website it’s says free shuttle but no time is stated. I had to take a cab to the airport even the cab driver over charged. Very disappointed. I reserved a room with a king size bed and when I arrived it wasn’t available and offered me two queens and charged me the same price."

"It is good that is near the Union station, downtown Toronto. The concept of simplicity allow them to propose a good price for that reason, I guess, which is nice by itself."
