"Communication with the property wasn’t great but got sorted in the end - we were landing in Toronto with 2 children early so requested an early check in. They could not accommodate that so I ended up booking the apartment the day prior to our arrival to ensure we were able to check in after landing. Problem with that was the property then requested an additional $30 for ‘extra guests’ since when I made the additional nights booking I accidentally booked for 1 person instead of 4.

"The apartment is perfectly situated in Old Town. Close to everything! Easy to walk to any of the major local attractions, or the bus stops practically in front.
The apt was clean, bright and had everything we needed.
We stayed in a wheelchair accessible room and there was plenty of space to get around comfortably. (Neither of us used a wheelchair, but we felt anyone who did would be comfortable in the room.)
