"The view and the location are excellent.
Clean, but only on a basic level - not at a "guest stay" level. Dust/hair/general dirt behind doors and along baseboards, very old/dried up kitchen sponge for cleaning (the only one), flattened/old pillows, laundry left in machine, etc.
The apartment is pretty tired - paint eroding along baseboards and on doors, damaged tabletop, obvious wall patches from holes in several spots, one "barn door" was off its mooring and resting on the wall with obvious...

"It was a marvelous experience not only in terms of place of stay but most importantly the courteous and guiding attitude of the staff we were dealing just virtually. It was like we are in personal interaction with them that is only aimed at facilitating us from every aspect. My family immigrated from Pakistan just couple of months ago and this was their first time in Toronto and stay here was like a treat for them. I will strongly refer them. "

"The property was fine but it is a dorm converted into a “hotel” room; hence the amenities will be that of what you should expect in a dorm room. Thin mattress, two bedrooms that meet into a shared space, and a small bathroom with shower. Not a bad experience but would have liked something more luxurious. Pleasant for a single night though "
