"Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. "This was my first time with this property. We normally stay in hotels. It is a nice little space for 2 people but it's really tough to pack 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids). The cleaning was ok but we found hairs, unloaded laundry, and sticky spots on the counter top that hadn't been cleaned appropriately. It was an interesting experience checking in and communicating via email."
