"The price and what was described was accurate. What was annoying was that the hair dryer and irons are only available on first come first serve. As well it seems that there’s minimum communications between day and night time receptionists. I extended my stay because we came back at 5am. The admin almost came into my room and woke us up at 11:30am for checkout"

"This hotel was in a great location, tons of stuff nearby. Room was a good size and balcony was a plus. The bed was really comfortable. Bathroom definitely could use some updates. But overall recommend for a visit to Toronto!"

"Self check-in was a nightmare. The security desk had no record of our reservation. We were able to contact the host who were able to file the proper applications required by the property. But it took a very long time which made us miss the opening ceremony for the blue jays. Which was the reason for our trip. The apartment was clean and nicely decorated. Also had coffee. "Customer support was non-responsive.
WIFI did not work during my whole stay, when I called them to fix it they said they would come by to fix, but did not and when I followed up, they did not answer.
Key fob to get into the building did not work and when i tried the code they provided, no one answered. So I had to try calling them a few times before they let me in the building.
The fridge had a really funky smell.
Thankfully, I stayed for work so it was only for 2 nights and I didn’t pay out...
