"New building - fully accessible one bedroom apartment with kitchen. Access to a nice gym and other common areas. Just a short walk to the subway in a very central location. On line check in instructions were a little confusing because it said check in started at 4:00 but if you arrive after 3:30 you should contact the hotel in advance. In fact the reception area was staffed from 7:00 to midnight. You can stow your bags. Excellent value for money. There is no breakfast so pack some food...

"Almost everything was great. The location, the check in, the parking, the cleanliness. The unit was modern and light. Our complaint was that all the beds were pretty uncomfortable in our unit and the pillows were extremely flat. A big thing if you’re really depending on a good nights sleep! I would book again but at least bring my own pillow if I could!"

"I have been unable to focus on anything else because of this situation and the sleepless night I experienced. I am genuinely shocked that a property advertised as accommodation for guests would provide a bed in such unacceptable condition. The sofa bed was unusable for sleeping due to the damaged springs and uneven surface. I had no choice but to sleep on the floor.
Frankly, this falls far below the standard that any reasonable guest would expect from accommodation listed on Expedia I chose...

"The room itself was quite nice and has a great view so no problem there. Mine was a five-night stay so I was drawn to the listing by the promise of a pool but was very disappointed to find the pool under major repair work and out of service for a long time rather than for short-term or routine maintenance."
