"I accidentally left my jewelry there and called nack asking them to hold my room without cleaning until I got there. I returned in about an hour and a half, they had a cleaner in there who had found the case my jewelry was in, but mysteriously my $5000 rings were missing (but not my inexpensive earrings). "This is not a HOTEL. This is an apartment that is being rented out as a "hotel room". When I arrived to the location, a police officer was outside and he said that it was not a hotel but a resident building. To not go into the building since it could not be safe.
