Cari Hotel di Ontario

"Helpful"

"Ac was not working! Carpet has a bad smell, and felt disgusting.. this shouldn’t be called a hotel would not recommend.. staff is not helpful"

"We were there for a work conference. Location was good as it was walking distance to the conference centre, the Falls, restaurants and the casino. There is a Starbucks in the hotel which made mornings easy. The view of the falls was spectacular! Nothing to complain about."

"Très propre. Bien situé. Les chambres en bas sont moins cher mais la vue est sur la bâtisse à côté."

"This is a card only property, no cash, even for coffee. No after hours snacks or drinks available on premises. Wait 5+ mins for elevators to come down. Impractical showers heads, room reeked of carpet cleaner on day 1. Very dark room at night. Dated decor, and watch out for your shins on the oversized bed frame. No desk or office chair if you need to work. So in summary, great location, nice staff, cheap owners I think."

"Such a nice staff. Room was clean and very quiet. And a fantastic location for getting to jazz, theatre, CN Tower…so much. Recommend!"

"The staff was helpful when we realized our booked room was not big enough for our group. Complimentary upgrade was given. The rooms in the family suite were spacious and 2 full washrooms were a welcome surprise!! (We were a group of 7). The Waterpark was fun for all and not busy so there was plenty of space to be free!! We will be back!!"
