"Bristow Inn was a great place to stay for a short weekend road trip. It was close to the places we were visiting: Elora, Fergus, and Kitchener. It was a charming house and our room was clean and comfortable. "

"The staff was friendly, accommodating, and competent and even helped us check in early. The area around the motel was particularly nice as it’s set on a side hill with a grassy area and a little creek out front. The beds and pillows were great and cost was reasonable. This was my favourite stay of the year, so far. "

"It’s secluded and surrounded by industrial properties. Not much to look at lol. Clean rooms, the BEST staff ever. I love Madeline at the front desk & the 2 cleaning ladies were just spectacular with helping me. Parking is right in front & it seems safe. "

"On the first night I found toenail clippings on my covers. My door was left unlocked by the cleaning staff twice. Afterwards I could not trust that my luggage was secure in the room. My dad’s room had damaged on the frame where the door had been kicked in previously.The shower was covered in mold around the sealant. There is also a strange smell in the hallway the whole time I was there. The doors are all very loose in their frames. Everytime someone opens or closes a door, all of the doors bang...

"When I checked out, there was a hockey tournament and the kids were using the only elevator. The door to my car was out of use due to icicles. The elevator took 15 mins to wait for with all my luggage. I then after going to my car had to wait again for the elevator to get another key as they had locked me out of my room. After getting another key it didn’t work. I then had to wait again for the only elevator to tell Then the key didn’t work. The whole checkout process was a gong show and I was...
