Friendly staff and clean lobby. Outdated rooms with worn out furniture, appealing broken, noisy bathroom fan dripping shower and hair in the tub and sink room is very small beds comfortable beds, clean good size TV good parking.

Breakfast was great. Having eggs and sausage was a nice change to the average continental breakfast of just cereal and donuts. The lady running it stayed on top of everything and provided excellent customer service! Our room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very nice and friendly check in was very quick and room was clean. The hotel seems to be renovated from inside so very nice reception area. Having complementary tea and coffee 24 hours at the reception was great specially in cold weather. Ample parking for cars. Close to all the major restaurants and bars.

Room was clean; staff was friendly. Breakfast coffee, yogurt, juice and muffins were good. Cereal was kid stuff. Eggs were hideous, even for "instant eggs". When I was surprised at the amount to be charged for dog (I misread info - my fault) the manager comped the charge for the second night - a thoughtful (and smart) gesture, as their fee was more than that at some of the more upscale hotels. Amenities were basic, but room was clean and warm.
