"The breakfast wasn't good at all. Very little fruit, and the fruit wasn't fresh. Considering there was a No Frills grocery store near by, I was expecting fresh food. Most of the items were microwaved. Our room was clean, but shower wouldn't turn off,. So we had to switch rooms. One reason I booked the holiday Inn is to take a swim in the pool, but the pool wasn't maintained very well. It had a layer of scum floating on the surface. "Happy with our 1st stay in the large family suite and the good breakfast ($7/person), we booked again on way back for the Champagne suite. The well kept big house can view the river from balconies of some rooms or the rooftop terrace (don't miss the sunrises). The hosts live on site and the lady was friendly and nice to talk to."

Bathroom fan hanging out of ceiling, broken bathroom door handle, dirt in corners of room and bathroom as well as dead mosquito type bugs on bathroom ceiling. There was hair in one bed that didn’t belong to us as well as stains on couch."

"Our stay wasnt great first room had a bad odor, we moved to a different room and they charged me more because of hot tub didnt want a hot tub just wanted a tub.Very dirty they only put clean sheets on shower was full of hair and walls were horrible."

"Charming little hotel, steps from dock where Thousand Islands cruise ship departs from and just a few blocks from best stretch of downtown. Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast was upscale, delicious and plentiful. Convenient and lively pub downstairs (no noise heard from room though). Only improvement offered would be some electrical outlets/USB ports more accessible for charging devices (one of those table lamps with built in ports would do the trick). Strongly recommend"

"Pangea House is lovely and very centrally located. The owners are very welcoming and the house is decorated beautifully yet is very comfortable. Our room was great and the breakfast was exceptional.
