"Honestly, I was expecting a way better room experience out of all the hotels I’ve stayed at. The hotel room was small you had to have your own apps to watch tv. There were makeup stains on the sheets and towels and the tub was clogged. Besides that I enjoyed my sleep."

"It should be stated that when booking it is a two floor property with no elevator. This would be very useful for seniors, special needs, or people that need to bring up luggage Rooms were very clean and fresh. Breakfast was out of milk. no cereal for those who prefer that meal. Parking was OK. Staff very pleasant and helpful."

"Pros: Location was convenient as we had an event right in the hotel conference centre. Close to the village. Free on-site parking. We received a voucher to use at their 2 onsite restaurants. But one was extremely busy and was understaffed the one time we tried to go there. Received bracelet to access 2 activties at the Village: gondola and canopy climb. Staff were nice. Things to consider: I booked on Expedia, and I was able to 'cancel' my whole booking but was not able to modify my...

"Check in was easy. The people at the front desk were kind and helpful. I dont think the room was cleaned fully as there was a cigarette butt on the floor and the toilet seat was broken "

"The property was ok. However when we got there my companion I was with (who is disabled) had to go to bathroom after we had just drive 1.5 hours. The girl at the desk stated we had to wait to get into our room to use bathroom. There was absolutely no bathrooms in or near main lobby. Our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. When my companion got to room up the stairs the toilet did not flush and was dirty. We did get our room changed but again girl at desk not helpful. ...
