"The room had some food crumbs on the floor and sofa. The hair dryer was full of lint , did not want to use it but ended up cleaning it ourselves since did not want to risk it before using it. It was late and did not want to bother for room service. The airport shuttle is very nice perk, we used it a lot."

"My husband and I had a lovely stay at Sandman this weekend. The hotel was quiet and within a short walking distance to the Cineplex, restaurants and shopping. The staff were super friendly and gave us a free room upgrade to the premium suite since it was our first time there. We also got late checkout at no extra cost.
