I’m overly sensitive to hotel cleanliness and the Dorchester exceeded my expectations. The staff was incredibly kind, and went above & beyond for a special birthday surprise for me. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for accommodations in downtown Collingwood!"

"The beds are in desperate need of replacement. Most bathroom fixtures and drains need maintenance or replacement. Loud with disturbance never being attended to. Police at location twice during stay. Outside of property covered in garbage. "
