"Nice property. Room was nice. Check in was a complete disaster. We arrived and completed our paperwork early and we were quite content to wait in the lobby. 10 minutes after check in time (4pm) other guests that arrived after us are being sent to their rooms and we are still waiting. Lounge was closed so the lobby is now jammed with people. Staff don't seem to have a clue, and the manager got really snarky reminding us about the stick 4pm check in time......at 4:15. Also, no company or guests allowed after 10pm. Seems a bit militant. Better options out there for the price point. "

"Hotel is in a very good and accessible location and is very good value for money. As always, rooms are large, beds comfortable and service desk professional. Only downside compared to previous stays was the breakfast arrangements. Used to be a reasonably priced buffet. Now only a la carte at prices comparable to larger hotels and staff still learning. Food is OK but If you have an early flight limit it to coffee and a muffin. Tim's is within walking distance as an alternative. Will still continue to stay here and recommend it."
