We arrived at 6 PM and the room was not yet properly made up. We are three adults and all that was made up was the one king size bed we had been charged $60 for the three nights for an extra person. The front desk person told us it was Expedia’s fault, but then they brought in a maid to make up the rest of the room while we were in the room. The TV didn’t work. They attempted to fix it and could not so we had to move to a second room. They gave us a key for the second room and we headed out for dinner when we return from dinner the key would not open the door. We had to go to the office to get a second key. The door was locked. The manager was inside looking at me and indicated he was on the phone and would get to me when he had time. The advertising said that there is a light breakfast available between 6 AM and 11 AM so the next morning I went down to get coffee at 10 AM and they had already cleaned up breakfast and they told me it finishes at 10 AM when their advertising told me 11 AM at this point we checked out cancelled the next two days although they said they’re gonna charge us for them anyway, so I am right now trying to get my money back from Expedia. Don’t go to the RideauHeights motel.
