"They email said the room is ready at 14.00pm… at 16:30pm door looked, no access to the property, no staff at reception. After making a call extra30 minutes to wait till one person arrived. Infested with mosquitos.restless nights because of them, my body is covered with bites, itching swollen arms and face. The room walls covered with black spots l think from others before me...

"Very good service "

"Ett hotell med otrolig charm, som att kliva in i en "Jane Austin" roman. Varje morgon var frukosten vackert uppdukad endast för oss två. Det enda vi saknade var ägg/ äggröra. Trevlig personal. Parkeringen var liten och lite trång att parkera vid. "

"This is a former "palace" (really a chateau), which has been converted to a hotel. It is in an isolated location. We did the mirror pool and mud pool + short massage, which made the trip worth it. The area itself is really beautiful, green and nice to walk around / have a drink. Also there are restaurants nearby in town which are really nice. Overall a nice trip but the other reviews are right that the property itself is dated. First impression on arrival wasn’t great but stay was nice...

"Excellent place and very unique and historical. The hot tubs and amenities are a must. A bit expensive vs other options but worth it. The breakfast and dinner were delightful as well!"
