"I liked their breakfast ,they did change menu a bit daily, the room is small but clean , the staff is super nice, and the laundry is free to use , the location is super convenient ,I can take metro from international airport to here, only need to transit to Blue line, walk 3 minutes from metro exit no 2. very safe to walk there ,I walked to the hotel at 10pm. "Staffing was great everywhere (lobby, restaurant, fitness center, room cleaning). I stayed for 7 nights. Even when a front desk lady called Chang Gung Golf Club for me, to make it easy for me to golf. The whole atmosphere was great."

"I stayed at Cham Cham for 8 nights. The hotel is very new and clean. I stayed in explore twin room by myself. It is big enough. It is a bit far from Taipei, so if you need naps or rest in mid day while visit Taipei, Cham Cham location is not ideal for that. The review for the staff is mixed. The cleaning crew was very thorough and friendly. However, the front desk staff was not very friendly. They were not mean, but didn't really care for saying Hi to the guests. They didn’t smile at all nor care for any questions I had for them. As a traveler, naturally I have some questions, they were not helpful and not friendly. No smile at all. They all seemed like college-aged students who treated this job like another part-time job versus a job in the hospitality service business. This is very different from other hotels I stayed in in Taiwan."
