"The staff were very helpful and the owner was always available if needed. The rooms were large and clean."

"The front of the property was dated but inviting. Our room was to the rear of the property and door to our room was unkempt and uninviting. The room itself was as pictured, however the tan and yellow colours were created from age old furnishings, rugs and drapery. The fragrance in the room was that of an age old smoking room. On the positive the sheets and pillowcases were clean, as was the room. Staff offered a different room which we looked at however we decided not to stay"

"We were extremely disappointed with our stay at Kettle Valley Beach Resort. Unfortunately, the property was nothing like it appeared in the online photos. The cabin was dirty when we arrived, with bugs on the floors and walls, and there were used, dirty washcloths hanging in the bathroom. "Lovely place to stay. The pool was nice. Close to the beach and 15ish minute walk to downtown. There were a lot of families with small children when I stayed that were loud and it echoed in the courtyard/pool area. As my room was so close to the pool it made escaping the chaos a bit tough. Overall great stay, would come again"
