The property and the rooms were excellent, spectacular location and view. Beach beautiful and the greenery on the grounds stunning. The food in the restaurant was not the greatest but outside of the meal we wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely wonderful place to stay and reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Our experience has a family at Anew Ocean Reef was a truly memorable one. All the staff from the early check-in to our meal preferences was exceptional. Zama was amazing, Stacia, Slindile, Jeffrey the head chef, Prudence, Disemba, Musa and Thulani were all great at the hotel's restaurant. Great service.

Really great place!

The mattresses are not hotel quality and the shower head needed a good cleaning due to the quality of water in the area, also, the door access device didn't work and needed reprogramming in order to get into the room initially... so small aspects can make a huge difference - otherwise a great place!

Stay was comfortable and staff were friendly but restaurant service should improved somewhat. Even though our unit was nice and clean we unfortunately encountered 3 large cockroaches in our room. I suggest that the rooms get fumigated.
