"Strong Weed smell every where , in the lobby , in the elevators, throughout the hallways . Staff hardly available at the front desk at night hours . On top of it enjoy your co stay with rats . Uggghhh i ran out of the place in 90 mins after checkin. Worst customer care i tied 10 times no call back or front desk put you on hold for ever ....save your peace and sanity ..money is lost anyway ..they dont refund...watch out for shady people lingering out your dooors..i guess dont leave valuables in...

"When I first arrived at the property to check in, I was a little taken aback because the incidental charge had gone up astronomically from when I had last visited the property several months before. I chose this property because it is in a phenomenal location with lots of eateries an and across the street from a wonderful premium outlet and is close to the highway. Overall, this was a good stay for a budget-friendly extended-stay hotel.
The property appeared to be newer, and everything felt clean and well maintained. As expected with an extended-stay hotel, it seemed that some guests were long-term residents, which did not bother us.
The room was simple and functional. The bed was a bit firmer than we personally prefer, but we tend to like very soft mattresses, so that really comes down to preference. The room layout was a little tight on one...

"My experience at The Element Hotel was okay. The staff members were polite and very accommodating. My room was clean and prepared upon my arrival. During my stay, my bathroom lost power 3 times which caused me to not have the lighting I needed when I was using the restroom area.
