"This is a 2.5-3.0 hotel priced as a 3.5-4.0. Granted, we were there on July 4th weekend but the rates were still over priced. Yes, it has a view of the harbor…looking over a busy street and right in front of a busy ferry stop. You can’t keep shades open during the summer day to enjoy the view because the sun blazes through and warms the small room. You can’t sit on the balcony because the A/C unit blows hot air on you as it runs to keep the room cool. The room we were in had been updated a bit....

"The woman at the front desk was such a ray of light, both in the afternoon and in the morning. She was smiling and genuinely pleasant and helpful. The property is well maintained and it looked like they really took pride is keeping it up. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure and temp as they should be. Breakfast was really nice, especially for being listed as continental. There were muffins, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, oatmeal, juices, and a waffle iron. We’d stay again if ever...

"The room was decent. This is definitely an older hotel, but our stay was perfectly fine. The price was was excellent compared to the other hotels a bit closer to the harbor. The pool looked very nice, we just didn't have a chance to use it. The free breakfast was really good."

"Had no idea that the hotel was going to be under construction and the scaffolding was right outside my window with men working on it windows were covered up with plastic. Complained about the people above me not sure what was going on. I wasn’t sure if there was kids with scooters going back-and-forth or a large dog, but it was driving me crazy I called down three times and went down to the front desk and got no answers or any solution."

"The check in process is on a different property but very easy and well marked. Having a restaurant connected to the Inn is a huge plus. The food was excellent with lots of choices. Can’t wait to go back… 😎"

"We couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our “mini-moon”. The room was adorable and spacious. The pool was gorgeous overlooking the ocean. And, only a few minutes down the road from Camden. Amazing stay! We will definitely be back."

"Beautiful view from property. Super clean room and surroundings. Quiet. Staff available at all times. Asked for towels and coffee pods one morning and returned to room at 9:30pm to find these were not delivered. Called the # provided for after hours and these items were delivered in 3 minutes with sincere apologies and kindness. We will stay here again next time we visit Maine."

"The resort was beautiful and we really enjoyed ourselves! The food at the Resturant was excellent! There was no ac in our room and the outdoor temps were mid 90's, so our room was very warm but there was a fan at least. We definitely will go back!"
