The drop to good from excellent- crumbs all over the 2 chairs in the room (so not cleaned), air conditioner kept going off, vending machine that had electric adapters didn’t dispense, ..."

"The room was well-maintained and clean, and the separation of the shower area and bathtub in the bathroom allowed me to relax fully. The hotel restaurant we visited for dinner had a wide variety of seafood dishes, which made choosing fun, and they were all delicious."
