"Decent spot for an unplanned IAD overnight.. really appreciated the speed of the check in staff for a lot of customers late at night. Only issue was the shuttle, which maxed out both directions.. managed to squeeze in to get to the hotel (while leaving a few behind), then had to give in and get an uber to get back to make our flight. They need to up their shuttle game.."
"My only negative comment is that the breakfast location is not accessible to people on walkers or canes. My friend is on a cane and had to walk down and up a flight of stairs to get to the breakfast area which was extremely difficult for her. Otherwise the facility was great."
