"Service was okay the reception was very nice helpful. But when in the morning we went to breakfast the lighting was low.so we couldn't see well what was available and the cereal was by the counter and on the table was bread and some cake with no names on the display just for drinks. Plus the jam jars were on a display shelf not on the table. We had to ask for the pancakes on the 3rd day.plus no beans or hash brown. "The castle and grounds were amazing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was great, lots of room and very comfortable. I only wish we had scheduled a longer visit!"

"Hotel was old and tired and rooms are badly in need of updating. The rooms were supposed to be superior ones but the layout was very different from the images on the website so I don't think they were. Also there is a glass wall to the bathroom so if you get up to use it in the night you disturb anyone else in the room with the light.
The restaurant food was not great. There were also some unexpected charges at the end of the stay that were not mentioned on check in.

"The Hotel was nice! Although, they had a rooftop party going on in the evening, which was quite loud in our room. I believe it was some sort of holiday for Italy."
