"Is a nice property at a good price, but it took me until morning to figure out why a higher floor was more expensive (In a 4 floor bldg). I could hear every step from the early risers in the room above me. All other things were good. It is a nice place in a convenient location."

"Great suites, clean, staff amazing. Rolled in after a 9 hour drive at 10 p.m. only chips in the car. The amazing clerk gave me some homemade chicken salad from a business down the street instead of me microwaving a hot pocket. BEST ever! Did laundry in the morning, which is free if you have your own detergent, had a hot breakfast, complimentary, with so many options. Absolutely wonderful hotel."

"We were staying for 4 nights. $515.00. First 2 days clean room. 2nd 2 days not cleaned. I had asked for soap and didn't get it. When I asked why at the end of the stay the gal on duty just blew it off and said we should have asked anyone or if we wanted our room cleaned more we should have asked for that at the beginning of the stay, they only clean every other day. "This hotel smells like urine mixed with cigarettes. We arrived late at night exhausted otherwise we would not have stayed. The flooring has been updated but the rest of the room is extremely dated (feels like the 1980s) and there are no amenities in the room besides a single bar of soap. "We enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt House in Provo, Utah. It was very clean and the pool was very warm. They had fresh made-to-order omelets for breakfast . They also had fresh fruit and many different flavored creamers for the coffee. The room was immaculate and we had a great view of the mountains. We would return to this hotel again."
