"The property needs to consider better lighting in the room because it’s basically dark even when all the lights are on. Our room also had a problem with the drainage in the shower, which was very convenient when you have two people trying to shower. General things like having an ironing board and iron in every room would also be appreciated."

"Nice hotel and spa but room was extremely small for a couple, almost no desk . No way to get around the person seating on the stool a small table/desk except go on top of the bed. Bathroom very small too/ no room to store toiletry of 2 people. spa was nice especially the large pool and small/relaxing pool (Jacuzzi small and not great in term of jets and temperature). Staff was helpful and nice except for one lady at the spa who was not customer oriented"

"I didn't get my room the first night and had to book into another hotel , because the phone number to reception where I was staying was wrong. It was for their sister hotel. This is the number supplied by Expedia email. The next day I went to check in being 500 euros out of pocket. They couldn't locate my house key as someone else had taken it. "They staff were very welcoming. The room was prefect for us as well and provided 2 fans. They offer breakfast with an additional price which was great. The pool and hot tub were great.Wish we stayed and extra day."
