"We had one of the most stressful hotel experiences here, and what made it worse was how poorly the situation was handled. On our first night, we were assigned two rooms: 3205 and 3112. Room 3205 was perfectly fine, but when we went to access Room 3112, the key card did not work. Moments later, a guest opened the door from inside and informed us that they were currently staying in that room. This means the hotel assigned us a room that was already occupied, which is a serious breach of privacy...

"We enjoyed the 5days amazing world class activities: meditation, yoga & fit lean & generous hospitality. You can be the yogis & yoginis in the open space with the ocean cool breeze. Our son did the jet ski twice & never wanted to leave that pristine white sand. Found many beautiful shells for my niece. Many Thanks to Marco who rushed back to get the lovely 🇻🇳 Coffee box for our farewell gift🙏"

"La Charm was the perfect spot for our Hoi An visit. The style and setup of the hotel had a lot of charm (no pun intended), but also was very clean, comfortable, and appropriately modern. The staff were SO friendly and helpful, never hesitating to offer advice or assistance from start to finish. The best part of this place is the location - just far away from the intense tourist buzz in old town but close enough to walk or bike in while seeing other charm sites of Hoi An. Would 100% recommend...

"お部屋の大きさ含めて、リーズナブルな印象です。来遠橋までは徒歩15分程かかりますが、grabの配車がホテル前でできるので、grabバイクをうまく使うと疲れないかなと思います。 バインミーフーンまで、grabバイクで15000ドン程度（100円）くらいでしたので、これもリーズナブルです。 ホテルに関しては、シャワーがぬるすぎて、寒かったのが唯一残念でした。スタッフはフレンドリー、チェックアウトを担当した女性は、日本語を勉強してるらしく、熱心さに好感が持てました。"
