Sam checked us in and with a map in hand asked us what we were looking to do in Hoi An. She then made suggestions and showed us the locations on the map. "Very nice hotel with 2 pools. Staff is very helpful, Amy was very sweet. Liked breakfast and comfortable beds, nice and quiet at night time. Free shuttles to old town and the beach. Breakfasts had lots of choices. Overall the best hotel we stayed in Da Nang area in my opinion."

"Breakfast buffet had variety each day with in house chef always available for egg prepared the way you like them. Pool was great. Limited issues with the television not always being able to get the few English speaking channels. "

"I liked the breakfast, live counter for eggs , omelette and soup . we also ate a lot outside as there were some many places to eat in Hoian The rooms very super clean , big and fantastic view of the paddy fields . Pool overlooking the paddy fields was so relaxing There is a beautiful courtyard with gentle breeze . This place is away from all the busy old town area but its < 4 min taxi ride ( grab is cheap ) or you can cycle there . You can walk across to the paddy fields or cycle around...

"Stayed for 3 weeks it was wonderful. The staff were amazing and the facilities were great. Internet was great and we had 6 pieces of laundry free per day. Breakfast was fantastic, the pool area was fantastic. We never had one issue in the whole three weeks we stayed."

"The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at...
