"Really enjoyed my stay at the Allegro Hoi An. I stayed for three nights and the staff were really helpful for advising on things to do in Hoi An, providing a gluten free breakfast during my stay, and arranging transfers to my next destination (which Sophie in particular was great with). The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of Hoi An old town, and the rooms are spacious / high quality. I also had my birthday in the hotel and the staff also surprised me with a birthday...

"Lovely luxury hotel by the river with amazing and helpful staff, beautiful pool on the roof and we had a balcony looking out on the river. Highly recommend the amazing breakfast and the staff also offered to make me special dishes as I’m vegetarian. It’s a short walk to the bustling market area where the lantern festival takes place at night, We had free loan of bicycles to get around and We had a free private car to the airport. Would definitely stay at this tranquil oasis"

"This was my favorite hotel while in Cua Dai. The room was just as nice as the pictures, very clean and very comfortable. The staff were all very kind, and made me feel welcome. The breakfast buffet was great and had plenty of options for any diet. The beach was across the street, so just a short walk away. Plenty of places to rent a chair under an umbrella or just plop yourself in the sand which is my preference. The hotel has a decent gym as well and I was so happy to get some good workouts in....

"Breakfast buffet had variety each day with in house chef always available for egg prepared the way you like them. Pool was great. Limited issues with the television not always being able to get the few English speaking channels. "

"I liked the breakfast, live counter for eggs , omelette and soup . we also ate a lot outside as there were some many places to eat in Hoian The rooms very super clean , big and fantastic view of the paddy fields . Pool overlooking the paddy fields was so relaxing There is a beautiful courtyard with gentle breeze . This place is away from all the busy old town area but its < 4 min taxi ride ( grab is cheap ) or you can cycle there . You can walk across to the paddy fields or cycle around...

"The location and front desk staffs are great. The rest need improvement. The first room had some laundry issues, where we found someone else hairs inside one of the towels, and the bedsheets feel damp. The hotel was able to give us a different room (the view is not as great), but at least the bed doesn’t feel damp. Beside the laundry issue, the is also a sewage smell in the bathroom, I am not sure if it is just the nature of being near the river? Overall, the hotel needs to do a better job at...

The room is equipped with absolutely everything you need. Nearby, there are many excellent restaurants serving delicious food, as well as bars. There are several beaches close by—just a five-minute walk away. The entire surrounding area is very safe."
