"We loved our stay here. We had 4 rooms which were all the same when booked but 2 had really big beds while 2 had normal size beds. Very short walk (couple mins) in to the hustle and bustle, we were happy to stay out of it. Loved the pool great to cool down on these hot days. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Delicious breakfast with lots of options. We had an early pick up on our check out day and they allowed is to come down for breakfast 15 minutes earlier than the scheduled open time so...

"I loved my stay here so much I cancelled my stay at another hotel and came back. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are wonderfully helpful and so friendly. Property is relaxed and quiet. Shuttle service to old town runs multiple times a day. Views are great from the river room (havent stayed in other rooms so cant comment). Love the complimentary mini bar items and turn down service. Breakfast had a good variety of foods. Food in general was very good. Great price too"

"Lovely Hotel in short walking distance to the old town. Rooms were great as were the hotel pools and roof top bar. We had the executive lounge package which was excellent. Buffet breakfast was awesome.Staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will be back."

"Excellent 7-Night Stay at Saga Hotel Hoi An! We spent a fantastic week in a pool-view apartment. The room was great with a brilliant shower, and the TV easily took our Fire Stick. As a massive bonus for sports fans, the IT team went completely above and beyond, setting up a dedicated Access Point and private Wi-Fi SSID just for me to stream football. The only minor downside was the balcony, which was too tiny to use, but the view was lovely. The amenities are top-notch. The pool is sparkling...

"Rooms seemed mostly clean but had weird fragrance. The bathroom frosted windows were smudged with handprints. I wouldn’t walk around barefoot. Property seemed run down. One towel required a pool card. Difficult to get to to tower from main lobby - had to go outside. There was a guest smoking near the pool. The infinity pool was beyond small - the hotel pictures were taken by a very experienced photographer. In person did not look the same at all. Outdoor AC units in bedrooms. From the outside...
