"Rooms seemed mostly clean but had weird fragrance. The bathroom frosted windows were smudged with handprints. I wouldn’t walk around barefoot. Property seemed run down. One towel required a pool card. Difficult to get to to tower from main lobby - had to go outside. There was a guest smoking near the pool. The infinity pool was beyond small - the hotel pictures were taken by a very experienced photographer. In person did not look the same at all. Outdoor AC units in bedrooms. From the outside...

"The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was a real highlight! The breakfast was pretty good. The cool itself was clean and lovely for our kids to play in. The only weird thing about the pool design is there is hardly any space to walk around the chairs on the far side of the pool due to a weird pool design area of other waterways. It’s actually very awkward and this message is more for the owner or manager to consider filling in the water area so you can fit chairs around the pool...

"This is the first time, in 15 years, that I’ve stayed in an hotel in Vietnam where you could leave the aircon on while you were out of your room! With daily temperatures around 35° - 39° returning to a cool room was wonderful. "Disappointing stay – look elsewhere for better value. We recently stayed at La Siesta in Hoi An. While the accommodation was clean, the pools were cloudy every single day and completely uninviting. Worse, the pavers are incredibly slippery. My wife fell walking to a sunbed, and management offered no courtesy drinks or apology, they did bring her ice to put on her ankle though. They have anti-slip matting at the main pool, but nothing at the other two. The adult pool lacks sunbeds, and the layout...
