"Very disappointing."

"Rooms seemed mostly clean but had weird fragrance. The bathroom frosted windows were smudged with handprints. I wouldn’t walk around barefoot. Property seemed run down. One towel required a pool card. Difficult to get to to tower from main lobby - had to go outside. There was a guest smoking near the pool. The infinity pool was beyond small - the hotel pictures were taken by a very experienced photographer. In person did not look the same at all. Outdoor AC units in bedrooms. From the outside...

"The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was a real highlight! The breakfast was pretty good. The cool itself was clean and lovely for our kids to play in. The only weird thing about the pool design is there is hardly any space to walk around the chairs on the far side of the pool due to a weird pool design area of other waterways. It’s actually very awkward and this message is more for the owner or manager to consider filling in the water area so you can fit chairs around the pool...

"This is the first time, in 15 years, that I’ve stayed in an hotel in Vietnam where you could leave the aircon on while you were out of your room! With daily temperatures around 35° - 39° returning to a cool room was wonderful. The view of the Thu Bon River and surrounding district from the 7th floor was outstanding, especially in the early morning. The pool is a good size for lap swimming. The breakfast was excellent. "Très déçu de cet hôtel car il est bondé d’enfants, la piscine est peu profonde. Lhotel est sans cesse rempli de monde impossible de se reposer ou de parler a du personnel. Tout est facturer allant jusqu a la bouteille deau qui coute 120 000 vnd ou au terrain de golf ou on nous oblige a payer un polo a 1 800 000 vnd pour pouvoir jouer !!!!.
