"The staff here were all friendly and helpful. We had a lovely room, number 801 which had a great view and was very quiet and spacious. Breakfast was plentiful and a had a great variety. The property has two pools, a family pool and an adult pool which I always appreciate. Free bikes were fun to use for exploring the area. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and walk to Old Town was about 10 minutes. All in all a nice stay!"

"The hotel has a good classic taste, and the room was clean and quiet. The building looks classic in style, but amenities are modern. Staff members are friendly and helpful, especially Ms Mica assisted us for bookings, and Ruby looked after us well while we stayed. It was very good to have a good restaurant and spa at the hotel as well. The hotel is close to the old town. We extended our stay because it was so comfortable, and we would love to come back sooner."

"We stayed 7 nights at Palm Garden and loved every minute! The staff are so friendly and accommodating, the breakfast buffet is varied and delicious (we had Phó for breakfast every morning but there is a wide array of western options). There’s happy hour at both bars. Our room was a few steps away from the swimming pool, the spa, the games room and the beach. We stayed at Villa 101. "Located close to but not too close to the old town. The saltwater pool was heated to a comfortable 30 degrees- much appreciated in 16 degree- weather! Gym was well -equipped and the breakfast had lovely spread of fruit and healthy options. Opposite the hotel is a spa called the Castle Spa where I had a wonderful hot stone massage at a very reasonable price. Would stay here again for my next trip to beautiful Hoi An!"

"We had a no-window room on the first floor for 3 nights. It was the most beautiful room we've stayed in. The lighting and the wood details in the room were so beautiful! Everything was very clean, the water in the shower was hot and had good pressure. The separate shower was a big plus. Everything worked well in the room. All the member of staff were so lovely, we had such a great stay here. Would love to come here again!"
