"The property is modern, the Staff were amazing, nothing was difficult. Always smiling and welcoming. Although the property is a little away from Old Town, there were enough transport options available. Being surrounded by rice paddys gave a snapshot of life in Vietnam. If you choose to walk in the area there are amazing experiences, getting up early seeing the fish markets at work, the pottery museum and the many roadside coffee stalls and local restaurants all made for a great holiday."

"This is a very nice hotel at the beach with two pools. The in room food service was very good. The place has a very nice vibe. Although it is a bit of a trip into the old town. They offer a free bus service but we found it wasn't convenient for our schedule "

"This is a clean and affordable place that offers great value for money. However, it is not within walking distance from Hoi An's Old Town, so transportation by car is necessary. It seems they offer free shuttle service to Hoi A twice a day but it was not available when we stayed there. It seems they run a free shuttle bus to/from Hoi An twice a day, but we couldn't use the service on the day we stayed due to maintenance. "

"This was a clean hotel with many amenities. They went above and beyond including providing a small fruit basket upon arrival, complimentary water and snacks as well as towels were replenished daily. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The pool was huge. The breakfast buffet included a wide variety of food as well as made to order coffee. "This is a pleasant hotel in a good location, but it is really starting to show its age. The breakfast was good - adequate selection of hot and cold choices. The room was clean and comfortable, however the shower is badly in need of an update/renovation. The shower is over the bath, no curtain or screening so water flows all over the bathroom. The shower also obviously leaks around the sides judging by the amount of rubber/silicone type filler between the bath and the wall. The water flows around...

"The room was lovely, the staff were so friendly, laundry service was fast and breakfast was good. The only issue we had was the location. The hotel did run a shuttle bus into Hoi an old town, but this was only 3 times a day. There were also building works across the road from the hotel which were very noisy in the early hours. "
