Good breakfast with something for everyone - some cooked to order.Well appointed spotless spacious rooms with comfortable beds and balconies Free bikes available to use, quiet but close enough to centre of town plus nice grounds with pool. The rooms are sound insulated - did experience some noise from the corridor outside by thoughtless guests. Would recommend."

"This is a really nice hotel which is modern with a local twist. It is located in a quiet area but still close to Hoi An old town, basket boat area, Hoi A memories show and beach. Very nice breakfast that have all from eggs as you like it, Vietnamese food and European food. Nice roof pool with nice views but small. Excellent service in all areas. "

"I have been travelling through Asia for almost 2 months and this is my favourite place I’ve stayed! The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I can’t thank them enough. They clean your room while you are eating breakfast which is really convenient, and the breakfast was also the best I’ve had at a hotel! The rooms are very clean, the beds are comfy, and the wifi is fairly strong. Overall, a very positive experience! "

"Kelly at reception was amazing. Easy to understand, very helpful, very friendly. Our room was great. Comfortable, clean, and able to adjust the AC or fan to our needs. We also swam in the small pool, which was very refreshing. The location is wonderful. Easy to walk into the old quarter. Always love Hoi An, and Thanh Van 1 was the perfect place to stay!!"
