This place is an absolute dump. No running hot water at the bathroom sink faucet, no it water at the kitchen sink and water pressure so low in the shower it will not rinse off soap. We left the facility for dinner came home to find an inch of water on the bathroom floor and at the end of the beds. There were flying ants all over and sugar ants on the beds. The pool supposedly closes at 10pm. Not the case. There were a group of 40-50 folks partying playing loud music drinking until 230 in the morning. I called the main office to complain only to get a voicemail. No support whatsoever. I filed a complaint with the booking agent Expedia. They called these folks and they denied everything and hung up on them, Expedia called back they keep hanging up now. I just filed a complaint with my credit card company. The reviews on Expedia are not accurate. The review I am writing best describes this property. I highly suggest you avoid this property at all costs. It was so bad I tried to check out at 0800 the next morning but no one was at the main office I until after 1000. I suspect these folks were part of the party the night before.
