"Shower water temperature was maybe 90 degrees each day. Had service come out and he said it was just too many people taking showers at that time; however this was the temperature over six hours each day. I struggled through it but my wife was unable. This was completely unacceptable. "

She told me the owner wanted to know and she is bat crazy. I told her 3 and asked why? She stated that they had seen people coming in and out of my room.
