"All staff was great except the person who would not send the shuttle to Churchill Downs for me after the last race of the day because she said there had been prank calls and they were not sending the shuttle to the track. I gave her my name and room number. I was not a prank caller. Still no shuttle service. Had to call an Uber which did not work out. Then called Lyft. I was in the rain for over 30 minutes before I got to the hotel. This was irritating as you can imagine.

"Here is what makes this hotel unique is the the cleanliness of the room. Exceptional! It meets my standards. The staff is very polite, respectful with great customer service. They are prompt in attending to needs. This hotel serves hot meals for breakfast and dinner. I did not use the Hot tub. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone. Excellent stay!!"

"When we arrived, the front desk wasn’t very helpful. Our room was average, the toilet ran on and off throughout our stay, and there were dark stains in the toilet. It was centrally located to Churchill Downs, whiskey, Row and walkable to different areas. I would definitely look for other options before I stayed there again. It was an average hotel."

First impressions? Gorgeous. This hotel is modern, sleek, and beautifully designed without feeling cold or overdone. I requested a corner room with a king bed, and it was very comfortable—I slept great.

"The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard."
