I heard it sqeeking when I woke up and there were mice droppinga on the floor mat in the bathroom. Which were not there before. And no, I did not have food in the room. "The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

"First impression when pulling up to the hotel: The outside ground were over grown. There was a police car outside. We had no soap in our room and it was a no smoking room that was smoked in. Smoke detector hanging from ceiling with no batteries. The door from outside going in had no door knob and the entire lock system was loose. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were very firm. Price was great"
