"The room smelled horrible, it was dirty and had something splattered on the wall in the bathroom, bugs in the bathroom and very uncomfortable bed. The only place to sit, other than the bed, was a bench that looked like it came out of a bus, and it too was dirty. There was a big red stain on the floor and handprints on the headboard. The pictures online looked nothing like the room you are actually given. We would NEVER stay here again!"

"The conditions to get refund back are too much. If you have an accident on any of the sheets you lose your $60 sec deposit. If you lose a key card, you have to pay. Sounds like devious way to make more revenue! "
