"Room was okay. Not bad. My bed had a weird stain, it took 30 minutes to get a new clean sheet. Found a beetle in my room. Staff was very nice. Shower worked well. Door of bathroom didn't close all the way. For the price it was okay."

"The property overall was OK and the pool was nice but our room was pretty bad. One of the lights didn’t work, the showerhead was broken and badly clogged with calcium so it blasted you like a pressure washer, a metal piece of floor molding that looks like it’ll cut your foot open is screwed down with one screw and flopping around so you had to step over it, lots of shady activity going on in the parking lot constantly, the fridge door is tucked in the corner and the door opens the wrong way so...

I pulled up and man was standing in front, who had soiled himself, got to the room and it was supposed to be a deluxe and it was so small, unclean and a horrible environment. As soon as I set my bag down, I saw a roach crawl across the floor under the refrigerator when I moved the refrigerator there was a roach motel under there, so they know they have roaches.
