"It was decent."

"We were disappointed with our stay. We were surprised to have to pay $15 a night for parking after already paying to stay at the hotel. When selecting the room, we selected for breakfast to be included. Breakfast was not offered either morning. The elevator was frightening. Pretty sure it needs to be inspected. We were on the floor with an ice machine but no vending machine(3rd floor). The closest vending machine was on the second floor and the only choices were coke(we got the only one...

"Absolutely terrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Despite having a reservation, I was denied access to the motel. Instead of trying to help or offer any reasonable solution, the staff were incredibly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Their attitude toward customers was unacceptable and showed a total lack of respect. I was left to find another hotel at the last minute, which caused unnecessary stress and additional expenses. This was by far one of the worst customer...
