"We got there just after 6pm. The place was open but there is no reception, nor was anyone there to greet us and no phone number to call. Fortunately there was a couple of guys staying there who were able to call someone who let us into our room. I couldn’t remember if this was a pay at property or if we had prepaid so I asked the guy who told me we owed €75. "Despite having booked and paid for two rooms in March for September, three weeks before departure, I received an e-mail to say that they had overbooked and had cancelled my reservation. Just like that! If you go on a booking site and they say that there is availability and they take your money, that should be the end of it. They should honour your booking. Avoid like the plague."
